The Academe at 198 is equipped with a 24 hour security desk, Secure Access Control in all buildings and an extensive network of community partnerships. In addition to security staff, UC Law SF partners with Urban Alchemy to provide enhanced safety at all campus access points and provide a sidewalk ambassador program.

The Academe at 198 comes equipped with a 7th-floor indoor/outdoor lounge with panoramic city views, on site laundry facilities, indoor bicycle storage, a 24 hour fitness center, internal courtyard, dog run, & café. All residents can access UC Law. SF’s entire campus, including social spaces, dining options, library, study spaces and parking garage.
Outside each apartment, the amenities continue with gathering spaces on each floor, a 7th-floor indoor/outdoor lounge with panoramic city views, laundry, bicycle storage, fitness center, courtyard, dog run, café, and retail space.
